Filters
- **All** — everything you can see for this property context
- **Mine** — files you own
- **lintl** — material provided with the product (when present)
- **Shared** — files shared with your practice
View and download
- **View** opens a preview in lintl (images, PDF, and light previews for Word and Excel where supported).
- **Download and open** saves the file so you can open it in Word, Excel, or your usual app.
Preview is for reading. Download and open when you need to edit.
Property address
A saved property address unlocks property tools and lets you upload files for that place. If you skip the address, you can still chat in general terms, but uploads and location tools stay limited.
You can change approach in a new chat if you skipped first time and later need a site.
